Japanese Gardens & Tea Ceremony
My friend, Christina, was dying and only had a few more months to live. She dreamed of going to Japan, but it just wasn’t going to happen for her. So, some friends and I chipped in and bought a kimono for her and arranged for her to be the guest of honor at a tea ceremony at the Japanese gardens. This is one of my favorite memories of Christina.
I arrived early so that I could get some photos of fall colors while I was there.
