Bloedel Reserve
I finally made it over to Bainbridge Island and the Bloedel Reserve. It’s a tad pricey at $17 per adult, but I understand why it’s that high. The grounds take a lot of work and they rely on admission fees and donations to keep it going.
There’s around three miles of trails to walk through and 12 different gardens. One being a Japanese garden complete with a tea house.
Since I visited during the spring, I was thrilled to see baby ducks and goslings. It was also fun identifying the various plants throughout the property.
If you want someplace to walk, enjoy nature and not be too crowded, check out this place at least once.
