Camping With Family
Over the 4th of July weekend, I took my son and his family camping at Seaquest State Park, about 32 miles from the Johnston Ridge Observatory of Mount St. Helens. It was the first time my baby grandson was camping, and the first time for my daughter-in-law, Haylee, to camp in the U.S.
Over the weekend, we hiked around part of Coldwater Lake, drove to some scenic view spots, played bocce and frisbee, and made banana boats over the campfire.
It was a great time making memories with the grandkids!
