Circumventing Mt. Rainier
I took a day off work and did a road trip the whole way around Mount Rainier, stopping to take photos and short hikes. I got to see views of the mountain (and other things) that I hadn’t seen before when I only visited Paradise or Longmire.
Tipsoo Lake was still pretty covered with snow, so I plan to go back in September. This is a great lake for getting reflection photos of the mountain! I also hike the trail to Grove of the Patriarchs.
