Weight-Loss Struggle

Time for a comparison in my weight-loss struggle.

I don’t do any fad diets. I count calories, carbs, etc. to lose a chunk of weight, adjust my eating habits, and then let my body adjust to the new weight before pushing to lose another chunk. By doing it this way, I haven’t gained back what I have lost.

Also, since my knee replacements in 2016/2017, I’ve been more active.

I’ve ridden more miles on my bike more in the past year than I ever did hiking.I still have about 50 lbs to go….I didn’t put it on all at once so I don’t expect to lose it all at once. It’s a long process when making choices one can live with and maintain.
